This ex-Regent of the Nine Covens is without a doubt one of the most powerful witches in The Vampire Diaries Universe. Placed an hourglass on the altar that Marcel would have to use to mark the time, Vincent showed him a bottle containing a neurotoxin capable of killing him so that he could have enough time to finish his business with Inadu's mother.
